About OnBoard
Three former executives of MonsterDaata regrouped after 9/11 in a tiny basement office in New York City’s East Village. Their dream was to create a new company focused on outstanding B2B solutions derived from local neighborhood information that would increase their clients’ ability to meet the needs of today’s consumer. OnBoard LLC is the fulfillment of that dream. The office pulses with creativity, intensity and a sense of community. From teams of solution specialists helping shape a client’s vision and the product team working with clients to optimize our solutions, to the occasional Guitar Hero duel between the CEO and the new Product Manager, OnBoard is really just a special group of people, each with a little bit of that basement vision.

Management
Marc Siden | CEO
“Just a kid from the streets of NYC” - Marc personifies the industrious and passionate sensibility of New York and of OnBoard. His diverse background includes founding a Wall Street brokerage and a venture capital firm as well as providing technology and data expertise while serving on the executive committee for MonsterDaata. Marc’s connection to the “streets” continues to this day and includes mentoring and coaching ice hockey in Harlem and serving on the advisory board of TORCH, an organization that provides business opportunities and internships to inner city high school students.
Jon Bednarsh | President and COO
Skills honed during his four years at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business brought Jon to the Internet Group where he developed strategies for the financial, travel and entertainment industries. When Internet Group was acquired by Ziccardi & Partners, Jon was named head of Internet Services where he focused on delivering integrated marketing, advertising and eCommerce solutions to a broad range of high-profile clients. From there, he moved into the position of SVP of Enterprise Solutions at MonsterDaata managing client, vendor and technology services. There he met Marc Siden and Pete Goldey and began forming the idea for OnBoard. When Jon’s eye for precision isn’t trained on OnBoard, it’s staring down the racetrack from behind the wheel of his Corvette Z06.
Peter Goldey | Chief Solution Architect
As a Harvard grad with a degree in folklore and mythology and an avid fan of electronic music, Peter is not your average data whiz kid. Pete’s career in content solutions began at Taconic Data where, after working extensively with large property data sets, he collaborated with Realtor.com on the very first national Real Estate community website. Before co-founding OnBoard, Pete served as CTO and Vice President of Content Solutions at MonsterDaata. As the industry’s foremost expert on data collection, aggregation and integration, Pete’s remarkably simple approach combined with his tenure in real estate makes him an invaluable asset.
Clark Alexander | Vice President - National Sales Director
Clark is one of the many reasons why clients love working with OnBoard. His attention to detail combined with a genuine passion for seeing the client’s vision realized sets the tone for OnBoard’s sales team. Clark was born and raised in Calgary, AB Canada. At 18, he snuck into the U.S. on a tennis scholarship and stayed to graduate from the University of South Carolina-Aiken with a degree in business administration. Clark brings over 10 years of sales and business development experience to OnBoard LLC.
James Wilson | Director of Technology
Born of British parents and raised in Texas, James was lured to NYC by his Soho-born wife where he turned his 4.0 GPA in environmental science from the State University of New York into an emerging technology career. In his first technology position at Taconic Data, he joined longtime friend Pete Goldey, one of OnBoard’s founders. For a time, James left the real estate world to purse consulting, leading technology projects at the world's largest companies including Johnson & Johnson, Citibank, JP Morgan Chase and Qwest Communications. But, when the need arose at OnBoard for technical leadership, only one person fit the bill. A professional racquetball player by age 16 and an active hockey player, James approaches everything with a winning sensibility.
