Product Support Specialist
To work as a member of the Product Services Team and assist in all aspects of the Product Support operation in order to provide Exceptional service on a daily and long term basis for both internal and external customers. This is a terrific entry level position with BIG growth potential!
Essential Functions:
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding:
- Troubleshoot and Support clients and end users.
- Intercept client issues and work until resolution
- Product changes and enhancements
- Responsible for Product Fulfillment to our clients including services delivered through the web, real-time XML and flat file delivery
- Support client through implementation and beyond
- Advise clients of “Best Practices”
- Respond to inquiries
- Ensure contract compliance - Maintain and augment the content of our Knowledge Management System
- Track client usage and provide analysis reports
The Ideal Candidate will possess:
- 2-3 Years professional experience in client support/service role
- Excellent organizational and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Focus on EXCEPTIONAL customer service and a strong sense of urgency
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel applications
- Knowledge of Internet technology
- HTML & SQL knowledge a plus!
- A love for problem solving
